I've tried Nespresso pods and others brands from the supermarket. While there are a couple that aren't bad I prefer to grind my own beans.
The Pod Café refillable pods work perfectly in my Nespresso Lattissima+ though I recommend using roughly 1 and a half unpacked scoops.
I lightly tamp in the first scoop then add another half scoop and lightly tamp that down and scrape off any excess. I wipe around the edge with my finger so the sticking surface is clear of grounds and apply the lid.
I've weighed similar pods from the supermarket and the weight matches. After a little tap on the table I then give the pod a bit of a shake and I can hear the coffee moving around just slightly inside, the same as the supermarket or Nespresso pods.
I highly recommend this product.

These pods work very well. It is up to you to fill them with the coffee you like.

I just bought my Nespresso U a month ago and I was wanting a refillable pod solution. I then proceeded to buy the podcafe capsules, as not only were they affordable, but they seemed to beat their competitors in build quality, crema quality among other criteria in youtube videos such as - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jBpzR9TIyus.
Even then I wasn't 100% certain they would work, so i bought the cheapest ground coffee (Woolworths select espresso ground coffee), available and it actually tasted alright - equivalent to the Nespresso pods .
I prefer to drink decaf, but good decaf coffee is hard to find from the supermarkets. So I decided because i don't drink enough coffee to warrant buying coffee from an online roaster ($20+ /250g including shipping)), i decided to buy mountain water decaffeinated green coffee from ministrygrounds.com.au. Roasting coffee isn't actually too difficult and only takes around 15 minutes. I am now able to taste the freshest coffee available on my nespresso u, a machine hated by coffee snobs because you are locked into the pre-ground inferior quality Nespresso capsules. But that argument is valid no more - Nespresso owners can now enjoy their own coffee (whether preground, pre-roasted, or home-roasted), and save money. Thanks podcafe!

Not enough holes in the bottom of the capsules. Plus the holes are too wide.

Ruined first batch by filling them too full of coffee and they just scrunched up out of shape without letting any coffee through. Once I mastered the correct technique I found them great. Will have to reorder more to replace the ruined ones. Wonderful to be able to use free choice of favorite coffees instead of being confined to expensive Nespressi capsules

I can now use my preferred coffee - hazlenut with my new machine. But can also still use Nespresso pods. So now I can have my cake and eat it too!

Have only been using the refillable pods for a week, and I am very happy with them. First off I though they would be very difficult to open, but soon mastered the the cap. Will be interesting to see how long they last

Purchased 1 set of 10. Wished I'd purchased 20 at least as they're a bit fiddly to fill. Though being able to use my preferred coffee grind makes up for that. Neat idea!

I was reluctant at first to try these as my machine punctures 3 holes in the back of the pods. But I am glad I bit the bullet and tried them, no damage to the pods or the machine they work terrific and it's a very cheap way of having podcoffee. The pods are easy to fill using finely ground coffee just press in lightly with finger close the lid and bam coffee pod.

I've only been using the pods for a short time but appreciate they allow me to use coffee from my local roastery and save me heaps. However, sometimes the lids are fiddly to open.
